This unique beer is our American take on the traditional German Schwarzbier using Pilsner malt grown in Sacramento Valley by Admiral Maltings, holding to traditional German floor malting techniques. At just under 5% ABV, it’s dark in color, full of flavor, but soft and clean in character. With hints of espresso and dark chocolate balanced by an earthy, coffee-like hop presence from American Noble hops; Three Crows is perfect for easy-drinking with a balanced malty, roasty, clean, and dry finish. Think “a Porter meets a Pilsner”
