Our selection of IPA’s, Pilsners, Stouts, Seasonal Ales, Lagers & other classic beer styles are consistently rated some of the best beer in Sacramento, namely our flagship Castillo IPA, which took the honor of a Gold Medal at the 2018 Great American Beer Festival. The GABF is the most respected commercial beer competition in the country and we were proud to bring home a GABF Gold medal to Sacramento and become the youngest brewery to ever win Gold at the GABF. A Spanish-inspired menu that is flexible yet sophisticated enough to intrigue even the most discerning food critic. Our food is vibrant, delicious and varied, everything from seasonal small plates meant to be shared to creative Signature Dishes such as our Pulpo Gallego, a Slow Poached Wild Spanish Octopus, and Gambas al Ajillo, Succulent Head-On Prawns in a bright sauce of Garlic, Smoked Paprika and Lemon or our Hogs & Rocks, a dish of Tender Braised Pork Cheeks, Sweet Manila Clams & Crispy Potatoes over a Rich & Savory Paprika Sauce. Classic pub fare is not ignored either with a sublime Pub Burger made from locally raised Grass fed Beef, Wild Rock Cod Tacos or our Reuben Sandwich made with House Braised Corned Beef, Manchego Cheese & Sauerkraut. We all have the freedom to drink without borders, to enjoy a wide range of styles, regions, and grapes. From a sophisticated Rosé of Pinot Noir from Mendocino California to deliciously big, rich and multi-layered old vine red from Southeast Spain, we are proud to highlight many fine Spanish wines, as well as selections from France, Germany, Uruguay and California.
With native Spanish varietals such as Tempranillo, Garnacha Tinta, Monastrell, Albariño & Verdejo, the uniqueness and authenticity of these wines stem from their strong regional ties to the native grape varieties used to make them—which are as diverse as Spain’s wine regions.
Even our house made Sangria demands a great wine. Using a Garnacha from Calatayud, Spain, we gain intense aromas of ripe, red fruits and some spicy, balsamic sensations to lend complexity to our Sangria that is full of fruit and liveliness.

We offer well made classics such as our Perfect Old Fashioned, innovative signature cocktails like our best selling Corazon Margarita made with Blood Orange, Passionfruit & Pomegranate and creative twists to classics such as our Fino Martini made using a Barbadillo Fino, a type of Sherry made near the region of Jerez, Spain, Helix French Vodka and Napa made Lo-Fi Genatian Amaro. Our cocktail menu is creative, seasonal and often utilizes our housemade Craft Beer in our creations making it craft on craft!
