Rhapsody is built on a foundation of rich, expressive malts: Bohemian Pilsner Malt, German Spring Barley, and locally grown Munich-style malt from right here in Sacramento. This malt bill provides depth, warmth, and a soft, golden glow. Balanced atop this are noble and expressive hops—Czech Saaz lends classic floral spice, German Magnum brings a firm backbone, Hallertau Mittelfrüh contributes a refined herbal note, and American Mt. Hood rounds it all out with earthy, subtly peppery nuance.
