Awarded “Double Gold” at the El Dorado County Commercial Beer Competition, this full bodied, garnet red IPA was made to celebrate the holiday season. We used generous portions of specialty malts for a solid malt backbone and beautiful color with flavor and aroma from a balanced variety of CTZ, El Dorado, Centennial, Chinook, & Mosaic.
