Deep gold in color this spicy, fruity and strong Belgian ale presents soft grainy-sweet malt, firm bitterness and a complex bouquet. With a harmonious interplay between the yeast character, hops, malt, and alcohol, this 9% ale drinks so easy, we appropriately call it the “Tipsy Monk”. We are quite proud that our “Duke of Alchemy” nailed this complex beer without the use of refined sugars or adjuncts commonly used in this style to increase the alcohol.
