Made using Bohemian Pilsner malt, malted wheat grown in Yolo County and hopped using the wonderful Hallertau Blanc, this Petite Saison is sure to please.

Tasting Notes: – Fruity esters (strawberry-banana) and phenols (spice of pepper and clove) – soft mouthfeel with flavor of juicy pear – opaque haze with straw-like color and tight white foam
