This 8.2 % Whole Cone, Fresh Hop Double IPA is not only extraordinary, it has a great story. Led by our head brewer, Team Alaro gathered in a beautiful hop field near the hamlet of Freeport, along the Sacramento River to hand harvest fresh Cascade Hop Cones to make this beer. It is not light work to hand pick hops but knowing that the fruits of our labor would soon be enjoyed by our local community made all the effort worthwhile. We thank our new friends at “The Barn at Second Wind” for inviting us to their beautiful property to capture not only locally grown hops but for the memories.
