Some beers are brewed with ingredients. Others are brewed with memories.

¡Que Linda! was born from a collaborative brew day with four international students from Spain, Portugal, and South America participating in the world-renowned UC Davis Master Brewers Program. Throughout the day, a simple phrase echoed across the brewhouse—“¡Que Linda!” In Spanish and Portuguese, it’s an expression of admiration meaning “How beautiful,” often used to celebrate a special moment, a place, or something crafted with care.

That spirit became the inspiration for this beer.

A tribute to the enduring elegance of the West Coast IPA, ¡Que Linda! showcases a vibrant blend of Citra, Simcoe, Centennial, and Columbus hops layered over a refined foundation of Admiral Maiden Voyage and Rahr North Star Pilsner malt. Bright citrus, lime zest, and resinous pine lead the way, supported by a firm bitterness and a crisp, dry finish that invites another sip.

More than just a collaboration, ¡Que Linda! celebrates the connections forged through brewing—the exchange of ideas, cultures, and experiences that make our craft community so special.

Beautifully balanced. Boldly hopped. Crafted in the spirit of friendship, learning, and shared passion.

¡Salud!
