With hops from down under on the Gold Coast and malt grown here in the Gold Country, we offer this Australian Pilsner which boasts a beautiful tropical aromas of peach, mango, and passionfruit. Australian hops bring us the party with wonderful flavors of stone fruit and tangy citrus characteristics from the use of hops called Eclipse, Ella and the world-renowned Galaxy. Then balanced by a malt bill of Admiral Pilsner that is grown here in our own region to really bring this Pilsner home. With Halloween just around the corner, we’ll tie an Orange Balloon from the gate so you know where to find your trick or treat!
