“Rising Together”, the official beer of Sacramento Beer Week!
This year, the Rising Together initiative is a “May the Fourth” theme, so each participating brewery brewed a beer that represents the Light Side or Dark Side. With our “Beer Flavored Beer” force as our powerful ally, we chose the Light Side and brewed a Cold IPA using lower fermentation temperatures to showcase low alpha, high oil hop varieties that gush with fruity flavors of peach & tangerine. It has soft mouth feel of a hazy, yet remains crisp & clear beer due to cold fermentation techniques.
