Ballesta, Spanish for “Crossbow” and the symbol of our Castle, is our super fresh, super juicy, Hazy IPA packed with Sabro, Belma, Simcoe & Amarillo hops. Sabro is a Neomexicanus varietal hop that grows wild in the mesas of Northern New Mexico and has beautiful aromas of lime and coconut. The malted oat and barley creaminess pair with the tropical hop flavors like an herbaceous, Coconut Cream Pie.
