Ballesta No. 10

The Ballesta, the symbol of our Castle.  It’s also our Rotating Hop Beer series and to celebrate Version #10, we pushed the boundaries with a Whole Cone Double IPA. Starting with a Mash Tun filled to the brim with Barley, Oats & Wheat, and finished with a blend of Whole Cone Clusters from our own Hop Garden, Whole Cone Sultanas and an army of CTZ, Chinook, Citra, African Queen, Simcoe and Amarillo hops, we give you Ballesta No. 10.
