The Ballesta, the symbol of our Castle and our Rotating Beer series where we celebrate everything we love about hops. To celebrate the special occasion that is our 200th brew, we wanted to add some new hops to our repertoire. Welcome Nelson Sauvin, Sultana and Ekuanot to the mix. Built on a back bone of Pilsner malt and oats and our favorite pairing of Simcoe and Amarillo, this IPA doesn’t disappoint.
