Ballesta No. 9

“Ballesta” – Spanish for Crossbow and the symbol of our Castle, this is our “Rotating-Hop IPA”.  With the explosion in new hop growing and craft beer drinkers always looking for what’s new, this beer is our playground.  This version is made using Torrified Wheat and Malted Oats for a malt-softness and then heavy additions of Altus and Citra hops for a blast of dank citrus and a tropical punch hop flavor and aroma. “Oh Yeah!”
