This well balanced American Pale Ale was meticulously designed and perfected by our beer sales rep, Stan Ruddell, a.k.a., “The Constable”. Deep gold in color with a delicate balance of caramel malt and expressive piney, citrusy & lightly floral character from CTZ, Cascade, Chinook & Amarillo hops. This medium bodied Pale Ale with a mildly bitter finish was created by someone who genuinely loves the science and craft behind beer flavored beer!
