Using Sacramento grown malted barley developed by the University and an experimental Lupulin Hop Hash from our friends at California Beer Farms, we were able to create a delicately clean beer that showcases the beautiful nuances of the malt. By extracting the lupulin glands from the hop cone and removing them from the organic material, we can gain unique hop flavor and aroma while restraining the bitterness.
